I came here for a business trip from Ohio. The hotel itself is very neat, clean and organized. I didn't go to the front desk to make any complaints because I just didn't feel like being that guy so I'll admit that before I post this because maybe if I did complain they would have switched me rooms. Anyways, it advertised a heated pool and the pool was freezing cold. Another issue was its 80 degrees outside and my AC unit in my room does not work or if it did I could not tell that whatsoever. Getting to the point, we stayed 2 nights for a convention. The first night around 11pm I hear loud noises from the hallway only to see the room door come open and 4 men (under the influence) walk into the room using a room key just given to them from the front desk. As a single woman this was frightening. The men were nice, thankfully and agreed to go back to the front desk. In the middle of the night, as I was trying to sleep, there was a light knock on the door, and the handle was jiggled. I got up to investigate and there was a receipt from the hotel slid underneath the door! The front desk person had come up to the room at 2 in the morning to give me a receipt? I don't think so. We immediately packed our things and left, as I did not feel safe staying somewhere that will come try to enter your room while you are sleeping at 2 o clock in the morning! The customer service alone is worth 5 stars. We own a business in Canton (September Bliss Event Studio). With children, working full-time and running the business, driving back and forth could be quite challenging. My husband passed this place frequently but we never thought to look it up. This is a new acquisition for Hilton and is a friendly, clean, and quiet hotel.The staff is extremely helpful with checking in and out, and our group was fairly large.
