Good service and good place for the hotel! Nice breakfast and the workers were really nice. However, as soon as we got in our room, it smelled really musty. I walked on the carpet with my socks on (probably should’ve kept my shoes on) and the bottoms of my socks were immediately dark after five minutes which was pretty gross. We definitely knew there was mold in our room since we smelled it and saw it in the cracks of the shower but we had to stay anyway. Otherwise, not horrible and have stayed in worse hotels.

We did not enjoy our stay at the Comfort Inn in Plymouth. The only redeeming quality was the front desk manager, Stephanie, who was kind, courteous, and helpful. The rooms themselves were disgustingly filthy. We had to move from the first room because it smelled so intensely like mildew AND there was a gross piece of trash left in the room by the desk that looked like it had been set on fire and was accompanied by a random orange peel. I came here for a business trip from Ohio. The hotel itself is very neat, clean and organized. I didn't go to the front desk to make any complaints because I just didn't feel like being that guy so I'll admit that before I post this because maybe if I did complain they would have switched me rooms. Anyways, it advertised a heated pool and the pool was freezing cold. Another issue was its 80 degrees outside and my AC unit in my room does not work or if it did I could not tell that whatsoever. Wow! What a wonderful greeting. That beautiful smile and greeting from Stephanie automatically made this motel 5+. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect. Will definitely come again. The breakfast was nice as well and the dining area was immaculate. That made for a perfect Meal. All in all, great deal for the price. I even looked for something negative and did not find one. Getting to the point, we stayed 2 nights for a convention. The first night around 11pm I hear loud noises from the hallway only to see the room door come open and 4 men (under the influence) walk into the room using a room key just given to them from the front desk. As a single woman this was frightening. The men were nice, thankfully and agreed to go back to the front desk.
