Good service and good place for the hotel! Nice breakfast and the workers were really nice. However, as soon as we got in our room, it smelled really musty. I walked on the carpet with my socks on (probably should’ve kept my shoes on) and the bottoms of my socks were immediately dark after five minutes which was pretty gross. We definitely knew there was mold in our room since we smelled it and saw it in the cracks of the shower but we had to stay anyway. Otherwise, not horrible and have stayed in worse hotels.

The customer service alone is worth 5 stars. We own a business in Canton (September Bliss Event Studio). With children, working full-time and running the business, driving back and forth could be quite challenging. My husband passed this place frequently but we never thought to look it up. After looking it up, we saw that the reviews were fairly decent and decided to give it a try. During our first stay we were quite pleased. We did not enjoy our stay at the Comfort Inn in Plymouth. The only redeeming quality was the front desk manager, Stephanie, who was kind, courteous, and helpful. The rooms themselves were disgustingly filthy. We had to move from the first room because it smelled so intensely like mildew AND there was a gross piece of trash left in the room by the desk that looked like it had been set on fire and was accompanied by a random orange peel. In the middle of the night, as I was trying to sleep, there was a light knock on the door, and the handle was jiggled. I got up to investigate and there was a receipt from the hotel slid underneath the door! The front desk person had come up to the room at 2 in the morning to give me a receipt? I don't think so. We immediately packed our things and left, as I did not feel safe staying somewhere that will come try to enter your room while you are sleeping at 2 o clock in the morning! I came here for a business trip from Ohio. The hotel itself is very neat, clean and organized. I didn't go to the front desk to make any complaints because I just didn't feel like being that guy so I'll admit that before I post this because maybe if I did complain they would have switched me rooms. Anyways, it advertised a heated pool and the pool was freezing cold. Another issue was its 80 degrees outside and my AC unit in my room does not work or if it did I could not tell that whatsoever.
