My experience at this urgent care was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, the receptionist incorrectly informed me that my insurance was inactive, despite my confidence that it was valid. Rather than calling the number on the card to verify, she insisted it would cost $100 to see a doctor. This gave the impression that she was more focused on collecting payment than on doing her job or assisting me appropriately. After a terrible experience yesterday with a different urgent care in the area. I went to get well today to have them check on my son’s wound because it was bleeding. The staff and provider there treated us with care and love. The provider is very knowledgeable, gentle and spoke with good manors with our child to keep him calm. I can’t express how comfortable I felt after leaving there. Dr. Sadda and the staff are phenomenal I will always go there for emergencies.

By far the best urgent care I’ve been to. Everyone was so kind and quick and considerate- the whole staff which was so rare and pleasant. They treated me right away and made me feel so seen and cared for. A really great place if you need to be seen

I was treated for my pain.. the only drawback was I needed more powerful pain medication.. It was better then going to a ER and being stuck there for hours.. I was seen really quick and got some relief until I am seen by a pain clinic. The doctor was highly professional and explained the treatment plan.. I would return when necessary.. I did return 3-09-2023. Staff, nurse, doctor. Was understanding.. went back 5-5-23. I saw the doctor he listen. Was a good visit.
