Took my niece because she twisted her ankle She is a challenge at times but the staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful they were very patient with her everything went great
Never again going back there. Went there two weeks ago for some testing because i wasn’t feeling well. The PA who evaluated me specifically told me he will call me with results. Two weeks later still nothing. I had to call to get my results and now they are telling me that when tests are negative they don’t call patients? Wish I was told that before so I wouldn’t worry. My experience at this urgent care was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, the receptionist incorrectly informed me that my insurance was inactive, despite my confidence that it was valid. Rather than calling the number on the card to verify, she insisted it would cost $100 to see a doctor. This gave the impression that she was more focused on collecting payment than on doing her job or assisting me appropriately.
