I had an amazing experience here! I was a first time patient Saturday and every single person was nice and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I got in super fast. including the medical assistant, a young girl in her teens I believe, was very professional surprisingly because I know how teenagers can be especially the doctor there was a tan gentleman. Went there two times due to desperation and it was the worst. The first time I went in January of this year and I found out I had pneumonia and needed a breathing treatment and x-ray. They took everyone else quickly but I was still waiting. I saw several patients come in, be seen and was out. How do I know this? Because when I was sitting in my room waiting for the doctor, they had the door proped wide open. By far the best urgent care experience i have ever had. The nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing and was very thorough and helpful. She did an amazing job calming my nerves. The medical assistant and receptionist were great and very friendly.

I was seen quickly and the staff was friendly and efficient. NP Nawres was especially wonderful - very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I highly recommend GetWell Urgent Care, especially if you can see NP Nawres!

came in for pain in my lower abdomen and was seen by a PA not a doctor. Although she ran a specimen test, she had no idea how to diagnose or treat my symptom and referred me to seek more medical help. I left there without any answers and without any help and had to pay $60 for just being seen. Now I’m being charged $500 and although my insurance covered some, I still owe a big amount.
