Best urgent care I have ever been to!! Front desk lady was super sweet and checked me in so quickly. The PA and medical assistants were so kind and treated me with care. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Highly recommend! Thank you.
Hands down the best Urgent Care around. The doctor listens to your concerns and she’s so friendly. Front staff are welcoming and polite. Staff that did vitals was patient and very nice. The office is the cleanest urgent care I’ve been to. They do X-rays and have boots in all sizes along with casting. Definitely beats the hospital.
I love this urgent care. Whenever I am feeling sick or not feeling well this is the first place I go to. The receptionists and the medical assistants are very professional and nice. They always have a smile on their faces when they see their patients. Also, I love doctor sara! She is so funny and the sweetest person ever! I always feel comfortable talking to her and I can literally tell her everything and she is always there to listen and take care of my health! ❤️
This has to be the best group of Dr's., staff and care in Michigan! I would go as far to say that Id list them as our primary care physicians. My husband came down sick overnight and was miserable. Since so much is going around I told him not to wait and go to the uc. He was able to make an appointment that day, which is awesome. They listened and tested him for covid, flu, sinus infection and did xrays for pneumonia. When i say these drs are thorough i mean it! Worst urgent care. Very unprofessional. I highly recommend going to your primary care doctor if you need medical help. The doctor will rush you and prescribe you medicine and wont even tell you what for. They just want to make money out of you not truly help you. They would have been the cause of my death if i didn’t go to my primary doctor. I had a very bad flu with 103 body temperature and this urgent care said there was nothing wrong with me.
