This urgent care exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the staff was kind and welcoming. Sarah was very knowledgeable. She took her time with me and explained things in a way I could understand. She’s very easy to talk to and Down to earth. I love how she gave me options, explained them and told me her recommendations but still allowed the decision of what to do to be mine. I also was in and out in 30 or so minutes. You will not be disappointed with the care here.
I am in Michigan traveling from out of state and was very nervous when I realized I needed medical attention so far away from home. This urgent care was beyond amazing! The staff were so kind and helpful. They thoroughly explained all my options to me and made sure I was on board with everything going on since I had to do self pay. With the staff care and minimal wait time, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Honestly one of the best, friendliest, and sanitary urgent cares I’ve been too. Will definitely come to this location for all my future needs. Amira was extremely helpful with my visit and would I recommend her to anyone. Very professional and extremely pleased. Thanks Amira!
This was bar far one of cleanest urgent cares I’ve ever been to in my life! The lobby was so refreshing and clean as the music is the lobby was very calming. The check in process was very easy and simple and we barely waited 10 mins in the lobby. Amal was the medical assistant that cared for me and my daughter and she was absolutely amazing!
