Staff was nice and it all moved fairly quickly for the amount of people in the lobby. My issue is with the actual exam and diagnosis. I explained my symptoms and she looked me over for no longer than 2 minutes. Told me she didn’t see anything and just prescribed some antibiotics for an “ear infection” (even though I told her it wasn’t the actual ear or inside the ear but the saliva gland area below it. Dr. Christian is amazing!! Everytime I go I always try to get seen by him, he is the best they have. The staff is wonderful and nice and it's always quick.
Get well urgent care was great, Customer service I look for. Empathy understanding and knowledge is what Get well urgent care provides. The wait time to see the doctor I couldn’t believe I was in and out within 45mins. If you want professional care, good customer service, then you need to check out Get Well Urgent Care. First and last time visiting. Bad patient service.Rude with No communication. staff didn’t listen. Wasn’t able to do the basics. Not a friendly health environment. Nobody explained to me what was going on. And seemed as though everyone had an attitude. Worst experience ever. Slow and still had to go to another facility to have blood drawn due to incompetency. The staff was courteous and friendly. The facility was clean and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I also liked the pharmacy being right there so it was a one stop deal.
