I’m giving them a 2 because the young African American lady with barely enough hair there don’t know her name had the audacity to be rude and disrespectful. I understand that closing at 9pm and ready to go. I’ve been working in banking industry for 7 years and I hate when someone come in when it’s close to closing time. I am happy with the service I received at this care clinic. I made my appointment on line and when was seen very quickly after I arrived. The physician and MA were nice, patient and thorough during my visit. The wait area was spacious and had plenty of seating. The area was tidy but not clean, it could use a good sweep/mop and wipe down of the counter tops and the entry doors were nasty.
I’ve been going here for a long time and they are outstanding, Today I took my five year-old daughter here and the assistant Linda was very rude and impatient with my daughter Made me really sad because she has no passion for her job and she should look for a new job. The doctor was incredible as always please do something to make people like Linda happy instead of making people uncomfortable coming there paying for it and making her paycheck. Everyone has bad days, but she was out of control
Excellent service always, I have recurrent ear infections & sinus issues and they always help me. Never a long wait ever, and everyone is so nice. The only urgent care I’ve been going to since 2022!
I've been coming here for over a year Everyone is nice, courteous and caring. Doctors are thorough! I recently took my 11 year old 🙏🏽great experience❤️🩹.Will only go to them.Thanks✅💯❤️🩹
