I had a great experience at this location. The staff was sweet and professional and the place was so clean. The doctor came in and really listened to my concerns and didn’t feel rushed. I recommend them for all urgent care needs.
Simply create a sign in sheet would be super easy. I checked in 1:45 pm and three people that check in after me was seen before me. So I check to see why and the guy said he made a mistake because he just signed on.
I love going to This Urgent care! The people are Very kind : The Doctors there are kind & Do a very good job with there patients! Very Well pleased With them! 💖 Would definitely recommend them 🤗
I went in because I thought I had strep throat. I felt rushed by the doctor, Christian Gjolaj. My blood pressure was high 170 over 103. He didn’t address that. I informed him that my ear was stopped up. He didn’t address that. I informed him that I was allergic to penicillin and he prescribed Cephalexin which I found out is in the same group. I had an allergic reaction to the medicine.
As we were taken in the back to get serviced , the MA put on gloves without washing her hands, she had contact with my son and exited the room with the same gloves she had just touched my son with. When the provider entered the room he did the same thing didn’t wash his hands before gloving up he did take them off before exiting the room. When I mention to the MA that her or the provider didn’t clean their hands the responded by saying but I had on gloves and sanitized my hands after leaving the room.
