I Do Not feel they got me me WELL, nor Advised me how to get WELL!. The wait was looong, looking at the lobby. Front Desk human of color "WAS NOT" personable At All!!!. I still do not know what they feel caused my pain. (A diagnosis) EKG machine did not operate OR the person didn't know what they were doing, or Both. One main thing I didn't like, going to this place they claimed after the fact my insurance wouldn't/didn't cover the visit, seemed this would've been discovered before seeing me. I have been this urgent care several times. Twice in the past week for 2 different issues. Always greeted with a friendly face and taken care of quickly and professionally. Also took my aged mother here many times in years past. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Jessica took care of me last.

This is my second time coming to this particular urgent care because I am picky. Everyone is sweet nice and caring. The doctor is very patient and really care. He was so patient and gentle with my daughter. The medical assistant was really patient and laughing with my daughter I forgot her name. I recommend 100 percent 😍☺️😊. One medical assistant gave her an x-ray she was so gentle and redirect with her. 🥰. Everyone was wonderful from the front to the back of the facility.

Everyone was professional and friendly. The facility was neat and clean. The Dr. was attentive and gave good care. I was in and out within an hr.

I've been here twice in one week for both of my children and the wait time was less than 10 min for both. I was in and out within an hour. The staff was very friendly.
