I was in a bit of pain overnight. My tonsils were inflamed for some reason. I was able to receive the care I needed quickly and effectively at get well. I arrived at 8am as soon as they opened and was only there for an hour. Already I'm getting well ❤️🩹thanks sooooo much for being the best at getting people well‼️
Staff was pretty cool, nurse was very nice. My only problem was with billing. I payed a co pay but received a statement asking for payment for a co pay which was payed the day of my visit. I don’t know if it’s some type of scam or not but make sure you call and see what your paying before you make any payments to billing department. I’ll probably never visit this urgent care again
I am happy with the service I received at this care clinic. I made my appointment on line and when was seen very quickly after I arrived. The physician and MA were nice, patient and thorough during my visit. The wait area was spacious and had plenty of seating. The area was tidy but not clean, it could use a good sweep/mop and wipe down of the counter tops and the entry doors were nasty.
I’m giving them a 2 because the young African American lady with barely enough hair there don’t know her name had the audacity to be rude and disrespectful. I understand that closing at 9pm and ready to go. I’ve been working in banking industry for 7 years and I hate when someone come in when it’s close to closing time. I’ve been going here for a long time and they are outstanding, Today I took my five year-old daughter here and the assistant Linda was very rude and impatient with my daughter Made me really sad because she has no passion for her job and she should look for a new job. The doctor was incredible as always please do something to make people like Linda happy instead of making people uncomfortable coming there paying for it and making her paycheck. Everyone has bad days, but she was out of control
