Went in on Saturday for possible strep. They swabbed my throat, didn't wait the 15 minutes for the test, said I did NOT have white stripes on my tonsils (even though I could see them with my own two eyes 🧐), stated it was viral and to wait it out. I decided to go to Henry Ford Go Health yesterday where they did an effective strep swab, waited the 15 minutes, and I was positive for strep. Yikes. Glad I have my antibiotic now. Wonderful office! Went this morning and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The MA and the NP Sherry were both so very sweet and nice. Would definitely recommend and return in the future if needed.
Nurse Practitioner was wonderful. My daughter felt listened to and we now have treatment that her pediatrician didn’t give! Easy to set an appointment, we were out in 20 minutes!
UTI hit me while at work, this location was 2 minutes away, was able to easily schedule appt online and times were available within the hour. I was back to work within 30 minutes- awesome. Facility easy to find, tired looking on inside, needs a facelift, had a bit grungy feel- maybe deep clean/ fresh paint would help. Aside from that, front staff attentive, friendly , PA great, which is what matters most.
Staff had excellent customer service skills and were very accommodating! In as scheduled on time and out in 10 minutes. The intake gal was very nice. Julie the Nurse Practitioner was experienced and explained everything she was going to do for me! Definitely recommend this Urgent Care!
