First time here, The doctor and staff that seen me are the reason I will always choose this place when I need urgent care. They knew exactly what we suspected was my issue and the treatment they offered would have been bad with another medication I'm taking. So definitely great job and thank you for that!! They are Pleasant and caring. They seem to really like their jobs and want to be there helping people who need it. Thank you so much for what you do and have to deal with!!! Enough said.
I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind and professional. The doctor was especially compassionate, patient, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable, showed genuine empathy, and explained everything clearly. This was by far the best experience I have had evp lately with health care! They were all very professional thorough fast and friendly! And it was so convenient getting prescriptions right then and there! I will definitely be going back and taking my family there from now on! Definitely recommend.
I took my dad here to get his DOT and he had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and they were quick and thorough. Mina at the front desk was great and got us in quickly. The medical assistant Alyssa was very kind and got everything done quickly. The NP Souzan was amazing. She came in and did the exam thorough and quick. She was very nice. Overall 10/10 experience and would recommend this place for everyone!!
