The process for getting seen was quick and easy via online. I was able to book my appointment and upload information 1 hour before the time I wanted to be seen. It worked out, the staff are so kind especially if you’re anxious like me and once the Dr is able to see you, it’s quick and painless. If your insurance covers it, I recommend you use their onsite pharmacy - it was super convenient. Will come back here again if I am unwell.
Got my DOT and now I’m ready for trucking driving this spot really made me feel at home. Great customer service. Such a welcome in very fast and got me out of there Quick and so friendly. I highly recommend this place.
I took my husband to this Urgent Care because he cut his finger and needed assistance quickly. I have had a great experience with this clinic in the past, however that wasn’t the case this time. When we arrived, I asked the desk clerk if my husband could be seen pretty quickly and she told me there was 2 people ahead of him with zero sense of urgency. I highly recommend avoiding Getwell Urgent Care in Macomb. Two months ago, I took my wife there for lower back pain. After calling ahead and confirming they were accepting appointments, we arrived, provided our insurance and ID, and were seen by a lady who seemed to be a doctor (but turned out to be a nurse practitioner). She didn’t order an X-ray for the back pain, instead suspecting a UTI and taking a urine sample. The lab results later showed no UTI, but during the wait, my wife suffered anxiety and continued pain. Front desk person who checked me in didn't smile one time. She was nice but a smile would have been good too. The Nurse practioner was nice and said I have what everyone else has. Wish I knew what that was. They sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. I called back a few hours later and asked of they could switch them to the pharmacy I asked them to send them to in the first place. Needless to say that did not happen so I had to pick up my scripts today at the wrong pharmacy. I was a little disappointed.
