Our check in was very smooth, we were seen pretty quickly which I was grateful for. The doctor came to see us and was very quick with his diagnosis,however we got no paperwork, no written documentation of what he actually had or anything. She simply spoke about everything and then left. She didn’t say we were good to go or anything I had to ask someone else.I would say for this to be an “emergency room” there should have been some type of paperwork I could have taken home to potentially show my job or his daycare. I had a great experience at Get Well Urgent Care Clinic at Delcoma & 19 mile in Clinton Township. The entire team was professional, warm, and incredibly efficient. The physicians demonstrated top-notch bedside manner — they truly took the time to listen and made me feel cared for, not just treated. Everyone there was very nice and easy to talk to. I was able to make an appointment online while I was on my way there, And they are the only urgent care near me that is open after 8:00 at night. I only had to wait a few minutes once I got there And checked in. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who thinks their time is precious.
Get Well Urgent Care in Clinton Township is so clean, organized and the staff is very nice. I have been there 3 times and am very impressed. Keep up the good work!
I had a great experience at this urgent care. The place was clean, the customer service was excellent, and the doctor was informative and helpful. I was given the right medication and started feeling better soon after. I also really liked that there’s a pharmacy inside the urgent care—it saved me time and made the whole visit much easier. Highly recommend!
