Scheduling on line was very user friendly. The staff were very considerate and helpful. They took their time to insure I understood what was happening. Their time management was super. I was taken in at my appointment time. The staff member at the front desk was outstanding in how she interacted with people on the phone and in the office. She showed compassion for everyone she talked with.
I had an outstanding experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly caring. This urgent care is by far the best one I have ever been to! The care is exceptional from everyone who helps you. They listen to everything you have to say to determine the best treatment plan for you and genuinely care about making sure it works. If you are ill or have to just need a routine shot I highly recommend this urgent care!
I needed to find an Urgent Care facility this morning due to me having a fall last night & injuring my ankle. Woke up feeling dizzy and weak. Scheduled appt online. Got me in quickly. Tested positive for the flu. Prescribed me tamiflu and felt 80% better the next day. The staff is always polite and they provide very good care. Only urgent care my family uses now.
