I had an outstanding experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly caring. The entire visit was smooth, quick, and handled with true professionalism. Dr. Souzan is absolutely the best provider I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. Our check in was very smooth, we were seen pretty quickly which I was grateful for. The doctor came to see us and was very quick with his diagnosis,however we got no paperwork, no written documentation of what he actually had or anything. She simply spoke about everything and then left. She didn’t say we were good to go or anything I had to ask someone else.I would say for this to be an “emergency room” there should have been some type of paperwork I could have taken home to potentially show my job or his daycare. I needed to find an Urgent Care facility this morning due to me having a fall last night & injuring my ankle. I didn't really wanna go to hospital bcz I would've been there for hours, my daughter told me about Get Well Urgent Care Of Macomb. Highly recommend this urgent care! It was easy to make an appointment and when I showed up they took me back right away. The NP and MAs were very kind and attentive to my needs and helped me feel better. I also love they do IV fluids so you don’t need to wait forever at the ER! I would recommend this urgent care to everyone.
Very nice place!! Very quick, staff is very polite and nice. Very clean and modern facility. I like that there is a pharmacy right there and as soon as I got out from the doctor my prescription was ready. It was so easy and so much easier than going to my pharmacist and waiting and didn’t cost anymore especially when you don’t feel good. Highly recommend!!!’
