Scheduling on line was very user friendly. The staff were very considerate and helpful. They took their time to insure I understood what was happening. Their time management was super. I was taken in at my appointment time. The staff member at the front desk was outstanding in how she interacted with people on the phone and in the office. She showed compassion for everyone she talked with.
Honestly probably the best urgent care I’ve been to. We’ve been a few times now for my daughter and they’re always fast, thorough and you can tell that they care about helping you get better. Front desk is always friendly and having a pharmacy right there is a bonus. The woman in the pharmacy is great as well!
I had an outstanding experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly caring. I needed to find an Urgent Care facility this morning due to me having a fall last night & injuring my ankle. I didn't really wanna go to hospital bcz I would've been there for hours, my daughter told me about Get Well Urgent Care Of Macomb. Woke up feeling dizzy and weak. Scheduled appt online. Got me in quickly. Tested positive for the flu. Prescribed me tamiflu and felt 80% better the next day. The staff is always polite and they provide very good care. Only urgent care my family uses now.
