Took my daughter today another urgent care where they said it was going to be 30 minutes, with 1 person ahead of us. They didn’t care about the urgency of the situation. My daughter was having breathing Difficulties. We left and I took her here. They took her back Before I even filled out the paperwork. She was diagnosed in 20, with an X-ray after a breathing treatment and a steroid shot that she has pneumonia. This is an urgent Care. This was our first time using Get Well Urgent Care of Shelby Twp. Their office was open when others were closed. The staff and doctor on duty were friendly and professional. Even with an exray and medical procedure, we were in and out without unnecessary delays. Quite fast really. Went there for a dot physical. They ask me for all this documentation based on meds, uh I filled out a form online and you couldn't tell me that before I went in so id be prepared?!Go get everything they asked for didn't want to waste time going back if it wasn't correct I emailed everything. 24 hours pass they don't answer my emails don't call me this place is unprofessional don't waste your time.
The best Urgent Care you can go to. the staff is professional and courteous. The place is very clean and the providers are the best they go above and beyond your need to help you get better. I really recommend it.
Love this place. Everyone is friendly, seems happy to be there. Very clean. The doctors are super nice - easy to talk too. Make an appointment and you will love them too!! I appreciate them all!😉😊
