I had an excellent experience with Dr. James Gentile and the entire team at the clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit.
Came pretty much right before they close because I dread waiting and I was debating where to go that late and the hospital was out of the list! Some of my family members said they have had great experiences here, I also was here a couple years earlier with a family member and I remember being fast. So a showed up. They didn’t disappoint , I was in some severe pain, and very tired, they got me in and out and made sure to find a pharmacy close enough that could get my medication same night. It was a Saturday morning, my 4.5 year old daughter’s one recently pierced ear seemed infected and I wanted to nip it in the bud before her 5 week trip out of the country. The service was great from the initial conversation and check-in with Jovana, vitals taken by Theresa and the diagnosis and treatment by Samantha Thomas, PA which included loosening the earrings a bit, applying some antibiotic ointment and getting prescribed an antibiotic oral suspension. Great staff and Jamie was very nice. Taken very quickly. Made appointment online. Only thing I wish was different that they would give a care summary when you leave or Patient Portal for all test results like our Beaumont and Henry Ford offices do showing all discussions, diagnoses and test results for our records. Have to go in to pick them up.
Went here for a sprained foot. All the employees were very sweet and helpful and I got in and out within 45 minutes even with getting an x-ray. Very quick and helpful place
