I recently visited this urgent care, after injuring my hand and knee during a ski fall. First it only took minutes until they saw me. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. The best part was that the pa let me know, I had a break in my hand, she called to check on me later and also let me know, that the radiologist missed it. The films said negative for a break. This was our first time using Get Well Urgent Care of Shelby Twp. Their office was open when others were closed. The staff and doctor on duty were friendly and professional. Even with an exray and medical procedure, we were in and out without unnecessary delays. Quite fast really. My son and I are very happy with our experience we had there and I added their office to my contact list for when we need their help again. Thank you again!! Frank and Caden Penzin

Took my daughter today another urgent care where they said it was going to be 30 minutes, with 1 person ahead of us. They didn’t care about the urgency of the situation. My daughter was having breathing Difficulties. We left and I took her here. They took her back Before I even filled out the paperwork. She was diagnosed in 20, with an X-ray after a breathing treatment and a steroid shot that she has pneumonia. This is an urgent Care. The best Urgent Care you can go to. the staff is professional and courteous. The place is very clean and the providers are the best they go above and beyond your need to help you get better. I really recommend it.

Dr Samantha Thomas is very rude. She seems very unprofessional and lazy. She stepped in my room for 45 seconds at most without even telling me what sickness I’ve been diagnosed with. I clearly explained that i had bad pain in my chest area especially when I’m coughing and she was too lazy to even xray me. Went somewhere else and found out I had bronchitis!! I’ve seen multiple complaints about this certain doctor Samantha I know it’s not just me..
