Took my daughter today another urgent care where they said it was going to be 30 minutes, with 1 person ahead of us. They didn’t care about the urgency of the situation. My daughter was having breathing Difficulties. We left and I took her here. They took her back Before I even filled out the paperwork. She was diagnosed in 20, with an X-ray after a breathing treatment and a steroid shot that she has pneumonia. This is an urgent Care. This was our first time using Get Well Urgent Care of Shelby Twp. Their office was open when others were closed. The staff and doctor on duty were friendly and professional. Even with an exray and medical procedure, we were in and out without unnecessary delays. Quite fast really. The best Urgent Care you can go to. the staff is professional and courteous. The place is very clean and the providers are the best they go above and beyond your need to help you get better. I really recommend it.
Great service! Got in and out quickly. Called back because I had an issue with the prescription they wrote for my son and the promptly fixed it. Would definitely go back!
Came pretty much right before they close because I dread waiting and I was debating where to go that late and the hospital was out of the list! Some of my family members said they have had great experiences here, I also was here a couple years earlier with a family member and I remember being fast. So a showed up. They didn’t disappoint , I was in some severe pain, and very tired, they got me in and out and made sure to find a pharmacy close enough that could get my medication same night.
