This is my first time coming to this location and I’m very pleased with the effort, kindness, and professionalism. The staff handled everything with me being sick amazingly. Samantha was a good provider and told me everything that I needed to know about my sickness. She provided me medication snd was able to explain it amazingly. Definitely will come here again whenever I feel sick.

Found a new UC that I will definitely suggest to family & friends. Everyone there was great. Professional, kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & Prompt & a very clean environment. Dr. James G. is super nice & took his time. Couldn’t ask for more.

if i could give this place zero stars i would. the wait time is forever. the toilets had poop left in it like no one cleaned the bathroom. the staff just sat and chatted for 30 minutes before even seeing my husband. wouldn’t recommended. the get well on 16 mile is way better and cleaner and much nicer staff.

It has been a long time since a medical facility has taken the time to listen to me and help me through my health concerns. Sarah Naji took her time to really assess me and make me feel comfortable during the whole visit. Razan was the best I’ve ever had with a blood draw!! I didn’t even feel the needle poke! I will definitely be back for any of my urgent care needs! Thank you guys so much for your patience and thoroughness. I will definitely be back and recommending them to people I know!

Everyone is smiling, kind and caring. My wait was not long. The Dr. Mrs. Sarah was kind and compassionate. I had a very positive experience.
