I recently visited this urgent care, after injuring my hand and knee during a ski fall. First it only took minutes until they saw me. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. The best part was that the pa let me know, I had a break in my hand, she called to check on me later and also let me know, that the radiologist missed it. The films said negative for a break. I was feeling awful the night before, I was able to schedule an appointment for that morning. The staff was friendly and prompt, the time between check-in and being seen was short, Giselle and Diana had great bedside manners. Overall, I am happy with my experience.
Dr. Gentile was the best! He was so cordial and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his empathetic and friendly demeanor from the get go. I left very confident and thankful for the treatment I received.
Went there for a dot physical. They ask me for all this documentation based on meds, uh I filled out a form online and you couldn't tell me that before I went in so id be prepared?!Go get everything they asked for didn't want to waste time going back if it wasn't correct I emailed everything. 24 hours pass they don't answer my emails don't call me this place is unprofessional don't waste your time.
Love this place. Everyone is friendly, seems happy to be there. Very clean. The doctors are super nice - easy to talk too. Make an appointment and you will love them too!! I appreciate them all!😉😊
