Dr. James Gentile was very caring and genuinely concerned about my well-being. He took the time to explain my situation clearly, discuss my options, and help me understand how to handle the issue moving forward. The place was great! The provider Samantha was amazing, and I loved how real and down-to-earth she was. She made the visit comfortable and personable. Also the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! My experience with Samantha has been outstanding, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent care.
I was feeling awful the night before, I was able to schedule an appointment for that morning. The staff was friendly and prompt, the time between check-in and being seen was short, Giselle and Diana had great bedside manners. Overall, I am happy with my experience.
I recently visited this urgent care, after injuring my hand and knee during a ski fall. First it only took minutes until they saw me. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. The best part was that the pa let me know, I had a break in my hand, she called to check on me later and also let me know, that the radiologist missed it. The films said negative for a break. Great experience, my son injured his knee, they were able to take x-rays and the visit was relatively quick, about an hour. The staff got us checked in and the doc answered all our questions. Definitely will return if needed.
