I have stayed at countless hotels over the years, but I must say that Cynthia has been the best hotel staff member I’ve ever encountered. We commonly stay in this hotel because of the convenience and the ease of access to the pool for kids. However, when last time we stayed they said pool was under construction thus closed and this time it was worse as the pool was infested with lots of insects and there was no reasonable solution other than closing the pool again. If they cannot manage to run this amenity they should remove the indoor pool from the ads/listings and shut it down permanently. Room was decent size , not as shown on picture on website. Beds were comfortable Tv did not work, they could not send someone to ck it out because it was late, couldn’t move us rooms because they were booked. Bugs in the restroom (roach like bugs and a big black spider) They said breakfast stopped at 10 but failed to mention if they run out of something at 945 they won’t make anymore, so better get there early . Not quite the stay I expected at the Holiday Inn especially for the price we paid.

We spent a night here in August 2024. It was a Wednesday night. We checked in around 7pm, the staff seemed friendly and told us about breakfast. We had an early day so we grabbed a quick dinner and came back to sleep. We were in bed by 10. At 11, I could hear some people being loud, but figured they were just passing by. I always recommend this place to friends and family that are coming into town from far away or maybe not that far away but just need to come in for a night. I always tell him to go here because they have good rooms and also really great service, which is pretty cool.
