AVOID THIS HOTEL. The manager and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband went to the front desk to ask for two more towels so we could each have our own towel as a family of 4. He was met with an extremely rude front desk person. Then we woke up at 3am to the fire alarm chirping with low battery. My husband again went to the front desk and a different person refused to help besides telling us that we had to move rooms. Great experience at this hotel. The breakfast was so delicious and there was variety. The pool was a decent size and the staff at the front desk were friendly. I wish there were more pillows in the room, and the water didn’t get very hot in the shower.
Beautiful clean hotel with AMAZING staff! Angela and Antonio went out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. Helping us with transportation to our concert and genuinely taking an interest in our best guest experience. The complimentary breakfast was the best o have ever had! What an excellent hotel!
I was quite impressed by this hotel. Our room was quite large, and the decor was very attractive. Bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet despite the hotel being completely full. Only complaint was that the hot water in the shower only got lukewarm.
The staff here is always tough notch. I arrived in town from a long drive 3 hours before check in and didn’t have anything to do. I called the hotel to see if just maybe I could check in just a little early. Toni answered the phone and when I asked she put me on hold to check for just a minute. When she came back she said “come on over, I can get you in right now” I was exhausted from traveling and she made it so much better. When I arrived she checked me in and was full of energy and very helpful. Thank you!
