Being close to the mall was awesome! The staff were all very kind, and breakfast was what one can expect from a holiday inn breakfast (they had biscuits and gravy?!!) the bed had one tiny stain on the sheet, but overall the room was clean. They had a heated toilet seat and a bidet which was a nice touch. Only thing missing was heating in the swimming pool.
We stayed here while in town for a soccer game. The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area where we were able to hangout. Did smell weed when we walked down the hallway to get to our room. Definitely not worth the price I had to pay for a Holiday Inn. Side note from a personal point. There was a business area with a computer where kids like to play games. We had maybe 10 kids being quiet and walking around. Our experience was fantastic, particularly because of the excellent service provided by our front desk clerk, Toni. She went above and beyond in all matters of hospitality and made us feel so welcome as if it were our own home. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was phenomenal, a great selection. I would definitely stay here again.
Well.. for one one first room was filthy.. bedding was disgusting, shower curtain was covered in snot and boogers. The shower head was spraying water everywhere but straight. They moved us to another room which was cleaner.. The breakfast was missing half the items and when we asked for more batter for the pancake machine the guy was rude and said it would take him 20 mins to put more batter in it. I decided to take a trip with my 3 girls for leisure. Close to the mall. So the location was great. Pool was enough for my 5 year old. Breakfast was amazing!! I booked thru booking.com, and they suck. No help what so ever, and Antonio offered no relief either. The late night staff was rude. We had no hot water in our room. 1016.
