AVOID THIS HOTEL. The manager and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband went to the front desk to ask for two more towels so we could each have our own towel as a family of 4. He was met with an extremely rude front desk person. Then we woke up at 3am to the fire alarm chirping with low battery. My husband again went to the front desk and a different person refused to help besides telling us that we had to move rooms. Beautiful clean hotel with AMAZING staff! Angela and Antonio went out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. Helping us with transportation to our concert and genuinely taking an interest in our best guest experience. The complimentary breakfast was the best o have ever had! What an excellent hotel!
I was quite impressed by this hotel. Our room was quite large, and the decor was very attractive. Bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet despite the hotel being completely full. Only complaint was that the hot water in the shower only got lukewarm.
Honestly… I was going to leave a 5 star review. Breakfast was good, rooms are nice and clean. Great location. We stayed 2 nights and unfortunately on our last morning, no hot water. Very disappointing and hard to get my day started without a hot shower. The employees were nice and explained it’s due to being at capacity unfortunately there’s nothing they can do. 😢
This place is what your looking for. I have know words for the hospitality. Amazing, friendly, perfect. OK, 3 words lol Especially Cynthia, my goodness she is a life saver. Had an issue with the door to my room in the middle of the night and she was so nice and helpful and saved me. Toni at check in was just as awesome. 5th time I've stayed here and won't ever stay somewhere else. This hotel is the absolute best.
