We’ve been staying at this location every year for over a decade that was until this stay. Our room was on the main floor beside the side door and all I heard all night was door opening and closing loudly. At about 3:00am with hardly no sleep a big group had come into the hotel and was given rooms just above ours. For about an hour all we heard was stomping, things dropping and again doors opening and closing. Suffice to say none of us got any sleep in either of the two rooms we had. The room was nice and big enough for our family of four. Main reasons for choosing this hotel were free breakfast, a pool and close to legoland. However the pool was too cold and even a bit dirty. The kids just played around the steps. The housekeeper was very nice when we talked to her and the front desk man named Mark helped us out with a little problem. So if you aren't planning on swimming its a great spot to visit the mall!
Great experience at this hotel. The breakfast was so delicious and there was variety. The pool was a decent size and the staff at the front desk were friendly. I wish there were more pillows in the room, and the water didn’t get very hot in the shower.
AVOID THIS HOTEL. The manager and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband went to the front desk to ask for two more towels so we could each have our own towel as a family of 4. He was met with an extremely rude front desk person. Then we woke up at 3am to the fire alarm chirping with low battery. My husband again went to the front desk and a different person refused to help besides telling us that we had to move rooms. Beautiful clean hotel with AMAZING staff! Angela and Antonio went out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. Helping us with transportation to our concert and genuinely taking an interest in our best guest experience. The complimentary breakfast was the best o have ever had! What an excellent hotel!
