We found the hotel to be updated, very clean and very accommodating. The employees we spoke with were all very kind and willing to assist with our request for additional bath towels and pillows. We had booked the king suite so the room was quite large with a microwave and refrigerator that came in handy with our 4 night stay and of course it's a short walk to the Great Lakes Crossing Mall and restaurants.
Stayed 2 nights for a work trip. Having stayed next door at the Town Suites last month, we wanted to try this place and it was so much better. The woman that checked us into our room was the kindest person ever. Our room was clean and spacious. You can hear highway traffic during the night, though. We thought the breakfast was acceptable (especially compared to the Town Suites next door). I rented 2 nights for my daughter's birthday, and the experience was fantastic. The desk receptionists were Kind, Professional, Easy to Conversate with, Quick to Assist with what I needed. My daughter and I went down for a late night snack, and the Night Receptionist gave my kiddo a couple free treats and it made my daughters whole night. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment, and I'll be returning. Absolutely adore the receptionists here! ❤️
I have to say that I have not experienced kinder and nicer person that the lady and reception. Always ready to help. Rooms clean and comfortable, I love Japanese toilets and they have it here. Small but good enough gym. Like it. The only downside is the breakfast. I mean I travel worldwide for quite some time and such a poor food selection with 0 fresh, and by fresh I mean not prefabricated, food except an apple an orange. So 3 stars only because the food and a swimming pool that looks quite far from acceptable.
Room was extremely cold coming in , turned heat on took a while for it to get to temperature but the part that really got us to leave without even saying anything was the part when maintenance came in to the room without knocking or even saying anything and my spouse was completely naked , we were extremely upset , we tried to take a nap to continue the long drive but couldn’t after a while of trying .
