There is no way to give zero stars otherwise I’d do that. J and B medical is a chaotic mess. They never handle pre-auths well and have a new system called parachute where your provider has to upload your info but then they claim they never receive it. I was in the room when my provider did. The “documents people” as they call them don’t communicate with the order people. UPDATE: Emailed as requested in the response from the company and have not gotten a response in days! So they respond to these Google reviews almost instantly, but don't follow through to resolve issues for customers. I am beyond frustrated by this process! It should not be this difficult to get insurance covered supplies! This is the only option to get incontinence supplies with Indiana Medicaid and we've been trying to get supplies for my step-daughter for almost two months! This company has been so difficult to work with. I really wish there was a better option for Wisconsin Medicaid. When my daughter was enrolled initially, I called daily for over a month in order to get supplies, nothing happened until I contacted the BBB. Now here we are, a few years later and still just as difficult. I’ve been waiting almost a month for a nurse to call me back, when I called yesterday, I was promised a call yesterday or today. If you have *any* other option through your insurance, you should definitely use another company for diabetic supplies. We have been using J&B since 2023 for my son's diabetic supplies. From the moment we began using them, we have had nothing but issues. Orders are not scheduled to ship out until you are on the last date of the 3 month supply and you are completely out of supplies. I am a nurse care coordinator and have been trying for over 2 months to get deliveries for 2 of my patients. It’s a shame they have the only contract with Indiana Medicaid for incontinence supplies. Every time I call they tell me the same reasons my patients aren’t being take care of. I asked for a supervisor and was disconnected. I called back and said I needed a supervisor and was placed on a very long hold.
