I wish I could give NEGATIVE 1000 stars!! I dealt with this place for 16 years because my child was disabled. During the pandemic, my gloves and blue pads would be missing every other month. I called to complain, then all of a sudden they needed a new script on file when my daughter was permanently disabled. I even had them look at the shipping history and they could see the weight of my package changed those months but basically told me oh well. This supply company is the worst supply company I have ever dealt with, after reading many of the reviews I too have experienced many of the same problems. One problem was that they kept on saying that they never received the prescription order from my doctor although my doctor sent in many prescription order about 5 orders to be exact. If I could give this company negative stars I would. I’ve been with them since I got my first insulin pump and they have been awful from the beginning. My doctor’s office doesn’t even like to deal with them and whenever there is a new nurse and I tell them who I’m with I get groans and other replies. I’ve had full on venting sessions between me and nurses before about how incredibly bad this company is. I've been a type 1 diabetic for years, and they do not care that this condition which I cannot control needs medications ON TIME and them never sending it out because "oh it got processed funny" or "oh your pervious insurance is inactive" after I had changed insurance and given them the new one 3 times. There are a lot of genuinely good people working here but the lack of urgency is horrible and makes surviving with chronic conditions more difficult. Another 1 star is par for the course. But, they have a monopoly with McLaren Medicaid patients. We were FORCED by McLaren Medicaid to switch to J and B. Never had an issue with supplies for over 20 years until making the switch. Impossible to deal with. Numerous calls, only to finally find out that J and B dropped the ball and never sent anything to our doctor.
