If you have *any* other option through your insurance, you should definitely use another company for diabetic supplies. We have been using J&B since 2023 for my son's diabetic supplies. From the moment we began using them, we have had nothing but issues. Orders are not scheduled to ship out until you are on the last date of the 3 month supply and you are completely out of supplies. Editing and adding to this 12/24/2025. It has been 2 weeks almost since I talked to customer service and she put a request in to have them call me back. I just received an email today that they closed the account by my request! I’m telling you this company is super shady! I’m calling my daughter’s insurance after the holidays to file a grievance about them using this company and making a complaint at MDHHS! I’m leaving this review because the company has dramatically improved. ✅ My daughter became severely disabled June 2022 and unfortunately we will need this company’s services forever. It was torture to get supplies started! 6 months buying ALL supplies out of pocket that should have been paid for because on their complete incompetence in all areas. I've been with multiple supply companies over the years. J and B Medical is by far THE WORST. I had a new prescription sent in 3 months ago, they're good for a year. Yet for some reason J and B Medical needed a new one and didn't bother to tell me until AFTER canceling my order. My initial order was placed on 11/24. They didn't cancel it until 12/2. This was the first time we've dealt with J&B for medical supplies needed at home, and the representative by the name of VICKI, was extremely helpful. She covered details for me , not only from the perspective of a customer, but as though I were her personal family member. At the end of our business, and before she could even mention it- I asked her if there was a survey that I could complete, because she is DEFINITELY top notch!
