It’s a sad situation I can’t give this company a zero star rating. I was told that my urological supplies were approved in January. My life depends on these supplies. This company has absolutely beat around the bush on sending me my supplies for almost 2 months now. Every time I call, it’s a different story. I am on hold with this awful company for the 5th time in less than a week. After speaking with and given the runaround by at least three different representatives, I still have no idea when my supplies will arrive. I was assured this morning that someone would be reaching out later today. I have already spent over $200 on supplies that are 100% covered by insurance. Worked out for buying affordable low cost flea treatment Credelio for my kitty cats. They did NOT provide shipping updates or tracking number so I called and someone texted me with an update. I’d say call and follow-up. I bought 6 month supply and they sent 6 individual boxes of 1 pill. For this purpose, I recommend. I’m hoping to purchase again in the future.
I really wish there was another option for diapering supplies for my disabled son. This company is terrible. If a prescription needs renewing they will just not send them and won't contact you. If there is an issue with the insurance they will just not send the supplies and not contact you. The portal is useless, they never reply to messages and updating information there does not take. Not sure what happened to this company, but serving, the customer is not their priority. My daughter's incontinent supply Prescription expired without notifying me. After inquiring why she never received her monthly supply, I checked with my doctor's office. They have sent the new prescription twice now and still, my daughter does not have her incontinence supplies. What makes this so bad, is she wears a small but an extra small.
