This company is the worst to get a hold of. Even their "emergency contact" number is useless. My son has been missing his supplies since July 31st! I have contacted them every day except the weekends since. Yesterday I sat on hold for 1 hour and 48 minutes. I was transferred twice and hung up on. Not only is my insurance paying this unprofessional company, but my 8-year-old son also goes without his medical supplies. HORRIBLE. I would not give them ANY stars, but I needed to in order to leave a review.

It would 0 if allowed. Absolutely no ability to deliver customer service. I've spent numerous hours on hold only to be forwarded to another area of the business that does not answer their phones. Supplies have been delayed for over a month now with no resolution in sight. I've filed a complaint with the state but doubt that will matter...run from them if you can.
