We have been with J&B medical for many years and I was able to contact the same customer service satisfaction person if there were any problems with my son's monthly order. However that is no longer the case and you get a different person each time . The last 2 months we have had the same problem for not getting my disabled son's supplies sent in time due to something they stated wasn't correct on his doctor's script, even after after the doctor faxed it over numerous times. I don't know where to start. I have am tired of calling and begging for supplies that are paid for and not received. They send out part of my order then I call say you didn't send this. Then there is a 7 day investigation. Then you call and beg for another week usually about 16-20 days later you get the rest of your order. Less than 2 weeks later it's time for the next partial order so you can start the process over again. The representatives are rude! They tell you what ever just to get you off the phone. They keep sending my continuous glucose monitors out later and later. I’m having to go without one for a few days. May not seem like a big deal to them but 2 ER visits and a paramedic call in under 4 days is life threatening to me. If you can use another company do so! The pharmacy side is good though.
We are experiencing a lot of the same issues already stated by other reviewers. Our daughter’s diapering supplies are consistently late and the company keeps saying they’ll have a supervisor call and they never do. So J.B., as much as you say “someone will reach out” and “your concerns are important to us”, when it comes down to it, you guys don’t stand behind your claims. I give 4 star only because nobody is perfect however I've been using J&B services for a little less than 2 years now and have had no problems thus far. I believe many companies these days have lack of working help/short staff /and training of new people. I've been getting this a lot lately from calling many different companies for various reasons over the past couple years. Hope this helps.
