You guys were rude to a Family member 😔😔and didn't want to treat her.
I came in at 8:22, was seen roughly about 8:50. “Dr. Donna” comes in and says she’s giving me an injection for the pain I was having, without any type of exam. Was completely rude when I expressed my concerns (the last time I had the symptoms I have it was an ear infection) She tells me flat out that it’s not an ear infection without examining me and then says she’ll check my ears anyway because she was going to.
