Want to this urgent care yesterday doctor took x-rays said my ankle was sprung and that they could only give me one day off of work. The staff last night was wonderful. Called back today lady tells me that they could give me three days off but i would have to return to work tomorrow asked her how is that three days off she got upset and hung up on me because her dumb self can't count. I got no paper work nothing and then they are rude.
I went there because my doctor's office was closed. I have a very long history of kidney problems that give me UTI'S and kidney infections all the time. So I know when I have either one of these infections. The lady on staff told me to do a urine test and leave it in the bathroom, the doctor came and said they couldn't find it so I had to do a new one. been trying to get scripts since last night they just can't send them to the right pharmacy really what good did it do to go there for 2 hours been told I was sick and then no meds omg I will not go back there
The doctor did not examine or touch my hands, he was like you have rheumatoid arthritis in your hands!!! Really
I was so sick went there dr said its a virus I new it wasnt. He refused to take me serious. I left and went straight to my family dr I had a fever of 102 with a sinus infection.
