Out of all the urgent cares I have been to, Madison Heights Get Well urgent care is by far the superior. The girls at the desk are friendly and fast. Parking is easy and waiting room is clean. All three times I have been seen, I have had a minimal wait time. The doctor is knowledgeable, wonderful bedside manner and is thorough. I received great care and would highly recommend. The doctor actually called me herself to give me results of test and to follow up. This is the only urgent care I wil go to now!
I went in due to ongoing pain in both ears & the sinuses that had been getting steadily worse since last Saturday. After talking to the doctor and discussing what may have led to this happening, I left feeling more informed & comforted. The doctor I saw was compassionate & made me feel comfortable right away.

I couldn't get in to see my regular Dr. so I decided to go to the Madison Heights Urgent Care on 12 Mile. The entire staff is wonderful.. especially Dr. Sara Hadid. She is so caring and sweet and treated me for something I didn't even know I had. Then checked on me the next day to see how I was and she wanted to see me again to make sure the meds were working. My regular Dr. doesn't even do that.. You're a real sweetheart Dr. Hadid. I wouldn't hesitate a minute to go back if needed.
It was my first time there. I had a good experience, the staff was friendly and so was the doctor. The building and the rooms were very clean to. Would definitely go back again!
I have been here a couple of times and have never had a bad experience. I was seen quickly and was treated well. I would recommend this place to anyone.
