Lied about being covered under our insurance. Charged us double for having insurance. My bill is more than if I was uninsured. Took advantage of us when we came in with a sick infant. Refused to make any adjustment. Will not recommend or ever use again.

They said they accepted United Health Care, and a few month later I received a bill for over $300 about my 2 visits there. I called the insurance company asking them why was I charged and they told me they don’t accept. I called back up there and spoke to Nikki, I told her I just called my insurance company and they didn’t accept. She kept on lying saying they do. Not understanding or not willing to help you. Never going back here again. Got charged for test I didn’t even want..

All I need is a boost to my asthma drugs. I left the other "urgent care" after waiting 35 minutes when I overheard the staff say the doc took lunch from 12pm-2pm. Six docs listed, no lunch coverage. I called here and they said I could be seen in 5min. It's now been 40 min AND they made me pay the copay up front so I can't just leave. All because my family doc isn't in on a Thursday afternoon. Joyce is the person who saw me for a horrible earache. She's the nurse practitioner. I have strep throat and a horrible ear infection. She was very sweet, informative and showed that she cared. After I got home, she even called me to extend my doctors note a few days from work. I was in and out very fast and I had a great experience.
