Hebab, PA. has absolutely ZERO empathy for mental health. Thank God for the kindness and compassion from the girl at the front desk! Very sweet girl. Hope Hebab, PA got those cuts and bruises taken care of that were much more important than my situation. Her literal words...”you are taking time away from me treating cuts and bruises” I will never go back to this place and recommend that if you are someone who requires empathy (as most humans do) avoid this place. Furthermore the place is a complete DUMP.
I did not feel I was diagnosed or treated properly. The dr barely examined me. Then gave me antibiotics and told me to go to the hospital if I didn’t feel better. And for this I still had to pay $75 very disappointed!
I could have done a better job myself. If only I could prescribe meds...ugh, what a waste!!! Also, very rude MA!!
I would not trust my health to these doctors definitely not the owners they are not trustworthy people they call in Scripts to their Pharmacy just to make their Pharmacy money their doctor called in a $500 prescription for me that I did not even need it was some kind of pain cream the pharmacy told me well it was called in and it was already filled and it's already been paid for by your insurance company so go ahead and take it in case you need it I think that's very crooked
If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. My son, who is 4, broke his arm on Tuesday August 7th, 2018. We went straight to the urgent care which advertises that they're open until 9. I walked in with a screaming child who's arm was clearly in distress (we didn't know if it was broken yet, obviously). I explained to the receptionist what happened and she could've cared less. She proceeded to interrupt me and told me that the physician took her last patient at 8:30. I asked if they could please make an exception. I ... read more
Took my daughter to this urgent care today as she had been vomiting earlier in the day. She had an evident fever but the medical assistant who took her vitals quickly said nope no fever. I said “wow she is on fire” she fired back with “well I can take it again but she doesn’t have one she’s hot because she was in the sun”. Staff is very rude was just in there and literally walked out for how rude the staff is and this is the 3rd time they been this way the other time was cause I came in close to closing cause I worked and the one girl said we don't have a choice but to see her that's messed up and it was 30 min. To closing I will never go there again or take my children the Dr female is very nice but the staff is horrible. They treat like it's a hassle to deal with you and clearly they need a different job cause there very unhappy with this on... read more
