I am very disappointed in the services I received here Feb 2 2018. I was in for a workman’s comp case. They would not let me see a Doctor until I paid my personal insurance copay. My urgent care copay per insurance is $40 they charged me $50. The Receptionist told me my employer would have to reimburse me and I got very mad. My right hand was swollen and not working well (I’m right handed and have my belongings in my hand) and so I “snatched” (according to the receptionist) my paperwork from her with my left hand. The place is very unclean and unprofessional. I would recommend going somewhere else.
Horrible place, horrible staff. Do not take children there. As medical professionals they legally have to duty to act yet they are turning away young children who need help. Very very sad place. Unprofessional staff who don't care about patients. Do not waste your money here.
If I could give zero stars I would the absolute worst place I've ever step foot in. If you want to get seen bye a good doctor you should pick a new place. Doctor was a young dick head with a attitude. If I owned this place I would be imbrassed to tell people. THEY ARE THE WORST URGET CARE AROUND.

Do not go here. Horrible place. I went in October of 2013 received a bill in Dec. for my deductible paid it and received ANOTHER bill in January. Called the billing office and got a very rude person told me it was my fault they could not find my payment. Just received ANOTHER bill in April for the same thing. I have proof from my HSA that they paid it and the check was cashed but Roseville Urgent Care says it is my fault their system can't find it. The Drs. there are just pill pushers... No wonder there is no waiting.
