It was Andrina that called us and linked us with Alvin. We had several calls from other Lenders that we ignored. Andrina was new on the job but she told me I should see what Alvin could do for us. I was reluctant, but she convinced me to allow her to send me an email. She later linked me to Alvin, who locked us in at a great rate at the right time.
Chris worked us through both an extremely challenging mortgage (lender demands, not his fault) and the easiest refi ever. So appreciative of both his professionalism and the fact that he was always personable and human when we most needed it. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again!
