My phone was ringing off the hook and I was beginning to get frustrated that all these companies were calling me and my wife about refinancing. We have refinanced with Ben twice. The first time we were very skeptical as we had never heard of this company. Ben virtually "held our hand" through the entire process. He told us that he would call us when enough time had passed so we could get a lower VA rate. 6 months later, to my surprise, Ben called saying we could now get a 2.25 VA loan. Chris was amazing to work with! He was quick to get back to me with any questions. Our credit scores were a little lower than needed, but Chris helped us on what needed to happen. We did what we needed and were preapproved quickly after that. This was the first time buying a house with a VA loan and it couldn't have been a better experience. We were hoping to close early and Chris made it happen-10 days early!!! If you're looking for one of the best mortgage brokers around you found him!
