I had the most complex situation and longest close in history because of my credit, debts, DTI everything was literally an obstacle, it took almost 80 days because of my history but Chris worked magic and did everything he said to get me approved. These guys works their butts off for months and they got me a house for me and my kids. They love Vets and go the extra mile but more importantly Chris kept his word and got me into a house. Trust me they will go hard to get you taken care of.

David really went to work for us. In the past when we have done a mortgage loan, the people were very demanding, distant and not always up-front about things. He kept us informed every step of the way through the loan process and was very up-front about things. We would recommend him to anyone.

I bought my home in April this year in Sterling Heights. I was renting the home for 5 years and Chris helped me and my landlord complete a for sale by owner contract to make the process as cost effective as possible. Thank you Chris!

The process took several months: termites, lead paint,tenting, termite damage repairs, peeling paint on our 60 year old quaint house, and finally the repainting process. Always encouraging, David and I worked well together to make getting things done as easily as possible. He was (is) a pleasure to work with. Thanks, David.

George knew the loan process inside and out. i never felt like he wasn't confident in the route we needed to take on my mortgage. The best part was his availability. He kept me in the loop all the way until closing and always answered when i had a question or was not sure what documentation was needed.
