I have worked with Alvin on several different occasions and every time he's been professional, did his absolute best to make the process as easy as possible, and answered every question my wife and I had. I have been approached by other financial lenders, but each time I had questions about available VA loan programs and rates Alvin has always been straight with me. Honestly, I have no plan on working with anyone else when it comes to VA loans.

I was referred to Chris at eMortgage when I was talking to a friend about looking for my first home. When I decided to take the next step to see what I qualified for financially he had the pre-approval letter same day for my realtor. From the day my offer was accepted the loan was closed in about 10 days. He kept in touch with me and updated me often, whether it was a quick text, call or email I felt he was always there for me during the process. Shawn is a very good lender/broker. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Through the whole process he was with me step by step and made sure I was well informed.
