Chris was awesome and very knowledge main things I look for investment properties. Was always free and got answers to my questions quickly. Already using him on another purchase.
We got the loan through but it was a long process that had me signing documents several times over and asked for things like tax transcripts, utility records , things I've never had to provide in other loans. I guess that's just government red tape. All in all though, I have to say that my direct contact never gave up and struggled to the finish line despite the hurdles we kept having to get past. I would recommend eMortgage Funding because of their tenacity to see a loan through.
Chris was always available to talk to and quick to answer questions. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and Chris always had an anwser, he was great at educating me through the process. We asked to close earlier than expected and he made it happen. The whole process was easy on our end due to all of his hard work. Thanks again!
