Going the process of obtaining a loan can be very daunting; however, Alvin not only made this process seamless he was professional in doing so. Chris was great to work with. He stayed in contact even after my closing. He walked me through the process with continued follow up. Then he provided quality financial information about credit reporting and scores as well.

Being first time home buyers, we came in with little knowledge of the process and with a lot of questions. David Mabrouk and his team at eMortgage walked us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and were available 7 days a week (including well after normal business hours). David provided us with weekly updates and made sure we were secure in the decisions we were making.
Terrace called me and he was really good to work with then my loan went to underwriting and they literally dropped the ball we were supposed to close August the 1st and now it the 18 and no closure in sight they first said the appraisal was done at the wrong time and now it something else they told me for 3 weeks now they are going to order another appraisal but I have not heard nothing from them at all on this you would think they could do better than this very Un professional I sent the 950.00 total for appraisal and other... read more
I worked with a loan officer named Donavan Best and had a very frustrating experience. I asked if I could review the loan numbers again from the e-doc so I could better understand everything. He told me he had already sent me a picture, but it only showed a few numbers and not the full breakdown. I asked if he could send the full details again, and instead of helping, he questioned why I needed to see them and responded with an attitude.
