David was extremely helpful and upbeat. He kept in touch throughout the entire process. He kept in mind that I had a balloon payment coming up soon on a second mortgage and worked to find a product that would work for me and still free up some cash for home improvements.

Going the process of obtaining a loan can be very daunting; however, Alvin not only made this process seamless he was professional in doing so.
