Got called and emailed almost daily from David and Victoria with this company. Not once but twice I received fraudulent appraisals and then was ghosted by David after requesting a status update. Guy was nice, and I have owned 4 houses previously, refinanced 2, so I know the process and was not needy, but “closing” seemed to be a revolving timeline, with inaccurate information. Be on the lookout
I was recommended Christopher Thomas from a relative and after reading reviews I decided he would be a great loan officer to go with when buying my first home. I took action by arguing the appraisal behind the scenes to increase the appraised value by 2k so we could help you with closing costs as much as possible. He did everything he said he would and I only dealt with him throughout, not five different people like other companies. He knew my case , however I took the option of an extra $500 but only received $395.61 and they took $15 from my account as a wire fee. David said he would give me the additional $120 but I haven’t heard from him since my closing ?

Where to i did a refi 7 months ago thing seemed fair so i got a call from alex asking me if i want to get a good deal with a 3.5 rate at 1500 payments seemed good so i agreed then the notary came and things change to 3.75 and 1800 payments which i inderstand my property went up seemed skeptable but i check wveryrhing was on the up so qe signed after we were told we would get back 459.00 for monies out of pocket and missed two payments get a check fot 1751 for aprils payments and plus miss two payments and start on july 1 wel... read more
I have asked this company numerous times (6+) to STOP calling me, but they wont. I talked at length to the first rep then respectfully declined after thinking it over. But yet now every few days a different person from the same company calls and will not take no for an answer. They keep "yes but....but....but...." after I repeatedly ask them to leave me alone.
I have never worked with a company that does not answer the phone most of the time. They are not truthful about what is going on with the loan. I would never recommend this comany to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance a home. I was left hanging. I started working with them in December and I still have not heard anything from them as far as the status of the loan. Poor business ethics!!
